A new edition of Sitges Tapa a Tapa begins
Sitges launches a new edition of Sitges Tapa a Tapa from 4 to 14 April. 33 establishments are taking part in this initiative, 5 of which are located in the Port of Sitges- Aiguadolç, generating a mini route as a novelty within the Sitges Tapa a Tapa.
The organisers hope to surpass last year's figures and reach more than 35 thousand tapas during the ten days of the activity, which would mean an increase of between 12 and 14% compared to last year and which would also translate into more than 145 thousand euros in sales of tapas.
Sitges Tapa a Tapa (spring 2024) allows you to enjoy, for 4 euros, haute cuisine in a small format and try a tapa accompanied by a quinto or a glass of Estrella Damm beer. In order to bring the tapas of the Escola d'Hostaleria del Institut Joan Ramon Benaprès closer to the general public, this Saturday it will be promoted from 11 am to 1 pm at the Cap de la Vila.
Those who take part in this gastronomic route will be able to vote for their favourite tapas and enter the draw to win a night for two at the Hotel Sabàtic in Sitges.
This year Sitges Tapa a Tapa reaches its 13th edition and is organised by the Gremi d'Hostaleria de Sitges with the collaboration of Estrella Damm and the support of the Sitges Town Council Tourism Department, the Joan Ramon Benaprès Institute and Gastronosfera.
