Tickets will go on sale Monday, 10 February at 10 am on the festival’s official website.
The Festival Terramar CaixaBank 2025 has announced the first confirmed artists for the 2025 edition, which will be taking place from 25 July to 10 August in Sitges. The lineup for the 8th edition includes The Beach Boys, Kool & The Gang, Zaz, Ana Belén, Lax’n Busto, Sara Baras, Mikel Erentxun and Pecos.
The festival will kick off with California’s legendary Beach Boys, who will play the opening show in the Terramar Gardens. With nearly six decades under their belt, the band is famous for classic songs such as Surfin’ U.S.A., Wouldn’t It Be Nice and Good Vibrations.
Another highlight will be Kool & the Gang. On 9 August, this iconic American band will be on the Terramar Gardens stage to perform hits such as Celebration, Ladies’ Night, Get Down on It and Fresh, among others.
On 26 July it’ll be time for singer and actress Ana Belén, who’s back onstage after six years to look back at the greatest hits of her career and release songs from her new work.
Following her performance at the festival in 2023, French singer Zaz, creator of international hits such as Je Veux and On Ira, will be back as part of her international tour to present her new album. On 27 July, she’ll treat the audience to her fusion of French chanson and jazz manouche.
On 5 August Basque singer Mikel Erentxun, known for having been the leader of Duncan Dhu, will be playing the band’s repertoire, from Por Tierras Escocesas (1984) to El Duelo (2013). Erentxun, joined by Karlos Arancegi (drums), Ruben Caballero (guitar), Mikel Azpiroz (piano) and Fernando Neira (bass) will be stopping by the festival as part of the 40th-anniversary tour of Duncan Dhu, the band known for wildly popular songs such as Cien gaviotas, Una calle de París and En algún lugar.
Lax’n’Busto’s eagerly awaited tour will reach the festival on 6 August. Twenty years later, the Catalan band is back with its initial lineup, headed by its original vocalist, Pemi Fortuny. Songs such as Miami Beach, Llença’t, Més que la meva sang and Tornarem are among their greatest hits and part of the collective imagination of quite a few generations.
On 7 August, bailaora [flamenco dancer] Sara Baras will back in the Terramar Gardens with a new show, Vuela, that pays tribute to Paco de Lucía. The next day (8 August), Los Pecos will take to the festival’s main stage with their Dos Voces y una Historia, featuring all the greatest hits from their recording career.
In coming weeks, the event organisers will be unveiling the rest of the names that will round out the lineup for the 8th edition of the Festival Terramar CaixaBank.
