This 2025, Le Croupier, once again alongside Aina Sánchez and Carles Cor, and accompanied by Mont Plans, will present a new show (on commission from the Federació d’Ateneus de Catalunya) where this genre will take centre stage. The production will be directed by directed by Zavier Albertí and written by Josep Maria Miró, both with extensive experience in the genre.

By rediscovering cuplé, a combination of song, dance and acting, the show will take the audience on a journey through the genre, its protagonists and their surprising stories. Le Croupier´s new show seeks to offer a comic yet sensitive perspective to rediscover and popularise a key part of our musical and cultural tradition.
