A wine that is only produced in Sitges
We have our own wine. Like no other in the world. Its name comes from the variety of grape with which it is made: Malvasia.
Its particular taste is not only determined by the variety of grape, but also by the late grape harvest, the high standard, the acidity and obviously, its proximity to the sea.
The result is a golden wine, dominated by fresh fruit (peach, apricot, pear and melon), with floral hints and a touch of Mediterranean herbs.
Parés Baltà
Parés Baltà has been a family winery since 1790 but has new and fresh ideas. We cultivate our vines ecologically and biodynamically, in a plethora of soils, climates and grape varieties which gives our wine a unique personality.
