“Sant Jordi”. St George Day (Book and Rose Day)
A dragon, a rose and a book.
A festivity that’s born from a legend with a dragon (talk about the guys from the 'Games of Thrones'', right?), where love wins over and culture is upheld. A good starting point, isn’t it? One where you gift and are gifted (a book for him and a rose -or both- for her). Add to it the fact that the context is an already ripe spring and you’ll understand why Sant Jordi is the BIG popular fiesta in Catalonia. And yes, we’ll also be celebrating it this year. And what’s more, with you as well.
