Horses in the park - European Parks Day
The European Day of Parks commemorates the declaration of the first European national parks in Sweden on May 24. From May 22 to June 5, Nature Week begins, which concludes with World Environment Day (June 5). It has been organized since 2017 by the Network for Nature Conservation.
The Miranda Foundation collaborates with this free activity to celebrate this international day.
The activity consists of a presentation of the Miranda Foundation and a guided walk to find the free horses in the forest pastures.
A morning in the middle of nature to learn about the importance of the presence of free horses in Garraf Park for biodiversity and fire prevention.
Generally, the walk does not exceed 5 km and the gradients are quite accessible for families.
