What will you find during the Sitgestiu  2023? 32 activities to enjoy and discover the local culture and other more international activities, yes, with an offer for all tastes; Opera recitals, classical and jazz concerts, castanets hearing, heritage tours, guided tours, cinema, sensory experiences, wine tourism dinners and family workshops to liven up your holidays.

When and where? From July 3rd to August 31st at the incomparable environment of Racó de la Calma in Sitges, in the middle of the old town, where you can find the Cau Ferrat Museum, the Maricel, the Maricel Palace, the Stämpfli Foundation, spaces to which this year the Vinyet sanctuary is added.

For music lovers: 

Classical concerts every Wednesday in July at 8pm at Racó de la Calma; 

• Singing recital with soprano Maria Martín and pianist Leyre Sáenz de Urturi. July 5th.
• Trio Kòrena; with Cristina Parés, violin, David Carmona, clarinet, Neus Sánchez, piano. July 12th.
• Mezzo Quartet; Gisela Dekort, Nabil Sarrate, Sofia Sena and Pol Cabrera, saxophones. July 19th.
• Singing recital; Guillem Batllori, baritone, and pianist Elena Kolesnikova. July 26th.

The opera; 

• Recital with classics of universal lyric, such as Verdi, Puccini or Bizet. July 9th at 8pm at Racó de la Calma.

For fans of the seventh art:

• August 13th. Fantastic Shorts from the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia. 10pm at Racó de la Calma. Shorts in Spanish.
• August 13th, screening of 'El Jove Picasso'. 10.30pm at Racó de la Calma. Film in original version with Spanish subtitles.

To get a taste of culture:

• Itinerant pairing of arts and wines. August 4th from 7pm in English, 7.30pm in Spanish and from 8pm in Catalan at the Maricel Museum.
