If it's Sunday, come and visit the Port de Sitges - Aiguadolç
Here in Sitges we are very much into shopping (and it shows, too). You already know that our stores are open from Monday to Sunday all year round. And on top of that, we also love markets. For starters, we have the Sitges Market, an inspiration for your palate with permanent stalls from Monday to Saturday. Then, for Christmas, comes the Winter Market Sitges, located on Passeig de la Ribera beachfront. And now, when spring erupts, it's time for the Mediterrani Market.
The Mediterrani Market, located in the Port of Sitges-Aiguadolç Marina, focuses on fashion trends and accessories (handbags, jewelry, scarves, purses... and much more). In fact, it already made its debut at Christmas time with a limited edition. Now, it will be installed continuously every Sunday in April, May and June, from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, in front of the Captaincy Tower. And if you come pay a visit, you'll see that this market's style and format live up to its name. Everything is veeeeery Mediterranean ;)
Apart from the corresponding stalls, those of you who come to visit will also enjoy a bar service where you can sample traditionally made vermouth. The rest is provided by the scenery, because the Port de Sitges Aiguadolç Marina is already a spectacle in itself. We're talking about one of the best marinas in the Mediterranean and one of the ones that offers the best atmosphere.
The Mediterrani Market is an ideal complement to the nautical, sports and also gastronomic options offered by the Port of Sitges - Aiguadolç. The Marina's own communications director, Albert Bertran, highlights this added value, "which gives the Marina even more color and liveliness after two difficult years; now visitors have yet another reason to come on Sundays". Moreover, we remind you that it's really easy to walk to this Marina taking a pleasant stroll along the Passeig de Balmins
So, whether you come as sailors, to enjoy the gastronomy or the shopping, this Sunday will be veeeeeeeery worthwhile for you. Let us know what you think ;)
