The autumn edition of the ‘Sitges Tapa a Tapa’ returns with a varied range of gastronomy

Twenty-five establishments will be taking part, adding vitality to the local economy and making the case for creative cooking in a small format. For 4 euros, participants can taste a tapa accompanied by a glass of wine or a small draught beer.

Sitges becomes a festival of flavours and culinary creativity from 21 November to 1 December, with the autumn edition of ‘Tapa a Tapa’. This gastronomy route offers a chance to discover and savour small-format creative cuisine from 25 establishments. For 4 euros, participants can taste a tapa accompanied by a glass of wine or a small draught beer.

Over the ten days, participants can follow a gastronomy route vote for the best tapas and enter a draw with various prizes. Once the guide has at least five stamps from establishments it can be left in one of the boxes located around the route. The prize draw in this autumn edition includes a limited-edition lithograph by Josep Puigmartí, the artist forming part of the collection at the Hotel Estela Barcelona - the art hotel.

A technical jury will also be tasting the culinary options from the Hospitality School at the Institut Joan Ramon Benaprès to choose the best five tapas in the technical category of the autumn edition of Sitges Tapa a Tapa 2024.

Sitges Tapa a Tapa is organised by the Sitges Hospitality Guild in collaboration with Sitges Town Council.
