The Tourism Department of the Ajuntament de Sitges initiates the plan of tourist accessibility of the town, a cross-sectional project developed with other departments and the business community through which we want to improve the experience of visitors and citizens in the enjoyment of Sitges in leisure time.

The plan gives importance to the opinion of the public on tourist accessibility and, for this reason, a participatory process has been opened through the portal of the Ajuntament de Sitges to collect opinions through a survey with an approximate duration of 2 minutes. Through various questions, the survey aims to understand the perception about accessibility to bars, restaurants, hotels, shops and urban spaces (such as streets or parks), museums, beaches, roads and natural environments, among others.

The Councillor for Tourism, Brandon Jones, has stressed that "involving the public in a project like this is key to improve the relationship between tourists and residents and to make improvements profitable for all".

To access the participatory process it is necessary to access the page of the Sitges City Council https://www.sitges.cat/serveis/participacio-ciutadana and then click the participation portal https:/participa311-sitges.diba.cat/ . The survey can also be conducted directly through the Participate 311 platform. The results of this study will allow to build the strategy of Sitges Tourism.
