Sitges celebrates Sant Jordi on the 23rd July
Sitges will join in the exceptional celebration of the summer Sant Jordi next July 23rd following all the safety distance protocols. This initiative will allow you to experience one of the most traditional festivities in Catalonia with book and flower stands out in the street.
This year, there will be a maximum of 20 stands to guarantee the safety distance as a result of Covid-19 and the fair will be located in the Hort de Can Falç.
The Sitges Town Council will apply the safety protocol defined for Sant Jordi with a capacity control to avoid crowds and lines.
The outdoor stops will belong to kiosks, florists and other entities and the fair will be open from 10 am to 8.30 pm.
Health measures
Throughout the entire day the Covid-19 protocol will be strictly applied with four different points offering hydroalcoholic gels to promote hand hygiene and combat the risk of coronavirus infection. A safety distance of 1.5 meters between people will also be encouraged.
