On Sunday, November 24 at 7 p.m. at the Teatro Prado, we will be able to enjoy the lyrical recital "Cel i Calitges", featuring tenor Andreu Miret, soprano Rosa Maria Abella, pianist Viviana Salisi, and narrated by music commentator David Puertas.

This recital aims to give voice to the history of Sitges, offering a portrait of the Blanca Subur through the music of local composers and poets. We will explore all the genres that Teatro Prado has hosted since its foundation over one hundred years ago, from Catalan song, lied, Italian canzone, zarzuela romances, to opera duets and arias. This tradition of lyrical drama, born from the push of the modernist festivals and led by Enric Morera in the late 19th century, will take us on a journey of over a century of music history to the present day, especially highlighting the musical legacy that has made Sitges the artistic mecca of Catalonia on the world stage.
