Guided Tour "Peter Stämpfli: The Artist of the Tire"
Peter Stämpfli is a well-known, esteemed, and sought-after artist, especially in France, Switzerland, Belgium, and the United States. His work is part of the most prominent public and private collections in Europe, the United States, Japan, and Korea. He has held around sixty solo exhibitions—among them at the Centre Pompidou and the Jeu de Paume National Gallery in Paris—and approximately 230 group exhibitions throughout his long career.
A selection of his work can be seen in three rooms of the Stämpfli Foundation, created by the artist and his wife, Anna Maria, which features over one hundred works by 60 different artists.
