Memory of our Houses Route

The Sitges we know today, the town we have inherited, is the result of many converging realities, upon which men and women have built their own individual histories. Many of these histories have gone beyond the walls enclosing them and left their mark in our local reality, steeping into the town's skin and defining its identity.

The project Memory of our Houses seeks to put on the map the buildings where many illustrious figures lived, worked or created and, at the same time, pay tribute to their notable contributions to many fields.

The memory of the houses is a project that is born from the Department of Culture of the City Council of Sitges with the will to visualize the men and women who have lived or have spent seasons in different spaces and houses of the city.
