Monestir de Poblet

The Poblet Monastery is one of the most important monastic complexes in Europe. Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, it forms part of the so-called Ruta del Císter (the Cistercian Route) and represents one of the best examples of Gothic architecture and sculpture in the country.
